Founded by "Ali" Nasir Ali, a second-generation MHC owner and operator, and Daniel Nguyen, a seasoned real estate investor and finance professional, RiseCOMM was born out of decades of hands-on experience, industry insight, and a passion for reimagining affordable housing.

Our expertise spans acquisitions, operations, and value creation in one of the most recession-resilient asset classes available today.

Ali has been deeply involved in the industry since 1981. With more than four decades of hands-on experience, he has earned a reputation for operational excellence, strategic vision, and creating long-term value.

A pivotal milestone for Ali came on July 9, 1981, the day his family purchased their first mobile home community. From that moment, the 9th of each month became a constant reminder of the journey ahead. For ten years, every passing month marked progress toward completing their first full-cycle investment, a decade-long process that gave Ali the foundation, discipline, and mastery to succeed in the industry.

44 years and 23 properties later, Ali has built a proven record of identifying underperforming assets, implementing thoughtful improvements, and maintaining high resident satisfaction, all while consistently delivering strong returns across every market cycle.

With over a decade of experience in real estate and finance, Daniel’s portfolio includes apartments, hotels, and commercial investments nationwide.

He holds a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is recognized for his client-focused approach and strategic insight.
